Policy Changes
RJRTV may update this privacy policy at anytime for minor changes. Major changes, such as introduction of new features which could impact on the site or RJRTV in general can be made. RJRTV will provide visitors with 60 days notice when a major change will occur and will be advertised on the RJRTV website and it's network of services, Facebook page, Google+ and the Twitter feed.
The 60 day consultation period will allow for visitor consultation and to provide any concerns or objections to the changes via a special contact point on the website. Submissions will be open for 45 days, any objections during this time will be taken into consideration. Introduction of major changes will occur in 7 days after the consultation period is closed or introduced earlier by visitor requests.
